What an amazing book. I’m almost done with it. Extremely inspiring. I’m probably going to watch the movie “Bhaag Milkha Bhaag” next. This is the autobiography of India’s most famous track and field sprinter, know best with his nickname, “The Flying Sikh“. It’s inspiring to read this somewhat rags to riches tale and how we actually endured so much suffering during the partition, becoming a refugee, joining the army and ultimately starting his career as a sprinter. This is second sports autobiography I’ve read in the past few months after Yuvraj Singh‘s, “The Test of My Life”.
Simple and easy read. Highly recommended.
