Nothing beats an amazing Masala tea after lunch. Few places serve great Indian tea, one of them being Zeenee’s and my favourite, Brahmins Kitchen in Petaling Jaya. I hope that someday, Zeenee, Saivhes and I will be able to stay at this beautiful 4500 ha private game reserve called Thula Thula. They have this beautiful luxurious tents as well as an awesome surrounding. This place was bought over and developed by the late Lawrence Anthony, the elephant whisperer and from their website, they cater to vegetarians as well.

Though the book focuses on permanent weight loss, well-being and lightness of the soul, I believe there are some gems in this book that everyone can benefit from. I think it’s somewhat befitting that the Pope gets TIME’s honour for the Person of the year. I recently read Robert Moynihan’s “Pray for Me: The Life and Spiritual Vision of Pope Francis, First Pope from the Americas” which I thought served as a great introduction to Jorge Mario Bergoglio, now Pope Francis.
